Cookie Manager
To obtain consent for the use of technically unnecessary cookies on the website, the provider uses a cookie manager.
When the website is accessed, a cookie with the setting information is stored on the user’s device, so that the query regarding consent does not have to be repeated on further visits.
The cookie is necessary to obtain legally compliant consent from the user.
The installation of cookies can be prevented or terminated by the user through settings in their browser.
Cookies
a) Session cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are stored and saved on your device by your internet browser. These cookies process certain information from you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, to the extent necessary for the functionality of our website.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure because it enables features such as displaying our website in different languages or providing a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR, insofar as these cookies process data for the purpose of initiating or executing a contract.
If the processing does not serve to initiate or execute a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. In this case, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.
These session cookies are deleted when you close your
internet browser.
b) Third-party cookies
If necessary, cookies from partner companies with whom we cooperate for advertising, analysis, or the functionality of our website may also be used with our website.
For details, in particular regarding the purposes and legal bases of processing such third-party cookies, please refer to the information below.
c) Removing options
You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your internet browser. You can also delete cookies that have already been saved at any time. However, the steps and measures required depend on the specific internet browser you use. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support. Flash cookies cannot be disabled via your browser’s settings, but rather by changing your Flash player’s settings. However, the steps and measures required for this also depend on the specific Flash player you are using. If you have any questions, please also use the help function or documentation of your Flash player or contact the manufacturer or user support.
If you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all functions of our website are fully usable.
Contact inquiries / Contact options
If you contact us via contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your inquiry. The provision of data is necessary for processing and responding to your inquiry – without providing it, we cannot or only partially respond to your inquiry.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been answered conclusively, and there are no legal storage obligations to prevent deletion, such as for example in the case of subsequent contract processing.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google.”

Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time, or frequency of visits to our website, are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. With this function, Google abbreviates the IP address within the EU or the European Economic Area.
The data collected in this way is used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website as well as about the usage activities there. This data can also be used to provide other services related to the use of our website and the internet.
Google states that it does not merge your IP address with other data. Furthermore, Google provides further information on data protection at
https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners
Also, Google offers a so-called deactivation add-on at
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
along with further information on this. This add-on can be installed with the common internet browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on informs Google Analytics’ JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services. Whether and which other web analytics services we use can also be found out in this privacy policy.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of our website and in its optimization.
If you call up our website, your requests are routed through CloudFlare’s servers. Statistical access data about the visit to our website is collected by CloudFlare, and a cookie is stored on your end device via your internet browser. This access data includes

– the type and version of the internet browser you use,
– the operating system you use,
– the website from which you switched to our website (referrer URL),
– your length of stay on our website, and
– the frequency of accessing our website.
The data is used by CloudFlare for statistical evaluations of access and for the security and optimization of the offer.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your internet browser. Details can be found above under the heading “Cookies.”
